SOLANA PHANTOMS is a collection of 2022 PFP avatars in a NFT format. Each Avatar has been carefully created over many months to bring you the quality you see today. Created by our very own creative designer and Co-Founder SwagBura07.

SOLANA PHANTOMS has two main purposes that are fundamental to the project.

1. The establishment of the Philanthropic DAO (decentralised autonomous organisation)

2. Creating real world ventures that generates revenues for the SOLANA PHANTOMS holders fund.

We will be seeking partnerships throughout our journey to solidify our position in the Solana NFT market.

What the Team Owns

The SOLANA PHANTOMS team is a formed partnership of individuals based in Europe. All rights that are not specifically granted to the users, and any future owners of any SOLANA PHANTOMS, will be wholly reserved by us at SOLANA PHANTOMS. This statement includes but not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images we have created and used, the character names and personalities associated, our constructed layer files to create the NFT, any trademarks including the website materials design and copyright.

What Will you As The Community Own?

When you mint or buy any of the SOLANA PHANTOMS you will completely own the rights for that individual NFT. You can utilise this purchase how you see fit, whether that's displaying as a PFP or Avatar on the WEB3 or even used in your own promotions providing you meet the following - holders using their NFT for this reason will need to reach out to the team at [e-mail] to ensure the use and commercial nature they are planning to use it for represents the SOLANA PHANTOMS brand and doesn't bring the image we are creating in to disrepute.

We cant guarantee our success

Although we at SOLANA PHANTOMS will be doing our utmost to ensure we build a community around the SOLANA PHANTOMS brand. We can not guarantee its future success. We have detailed our intentions for the project and aim to complete the milestones as planned. There may, on occasion, be instances where we fall behind schedule. Should this happen the team will endeavour to bring the project back on schedule.

Should new legal adoptions be brought into effect concerning Non Fungible Tokens or Cryptocurrencies we will adapt accordingly within the scope of the law to our best ability. The team is committed to its future and well do our utmost to move with the regulation when or if they be implemented. By minting or purchasing a SOLANA PHANTOMS you are guaranteed to own that individual piece of art and the metadata attached to it.

Beyond the formation of our first two ventures (which will be discussed and voted accordingly through the elected members of the DAO) the mint proceeds will be allocated at 50% for the team, 35% for the floor price maintenance and 15% for building and growing the projects initial ventures and any venture implemented through the DAO.

Not Intended as Investments

We can not represent our NFT as means of investment. Purchasing NFTs is speculative and should only be bought with the knowledge that they could very well fall to zero. We make no promises that any business activities we undertake may not directly benefit each holder and that as a community of holders we offer no guarantees on future returns for your investment. SOLANA PHANTOMS is intended as a new brand of collectables. SOLANA PHANTOMS are a collectable NFT building a community who carry similar interests and goals for the project, any subsequent success in monetary value is purely speculative and should not be used to asses any purchase opportunity . If unsure about its intended use you should reach out to a team member before purchasing.

Taxes

SOLANA PHANTOMS holders are required to submit their own tax returns and are responsible for assessing their own tax liabilities. Any liability arising from any STAKING activities involved with your SOLANA PHANTOMS NFT is the responsibility of the purchaser alone. This Includes the valuation of the NFT itself and any subsequent purchase/s and it's selling history.

Age Limits

You should be over the age of 18 or 21 years old to obtain a SOLANA PHANTOMS depending on your local laws regarding speculative purchases of a financial nature.
